The client needed a reusable transport box to house thirteen different parts. This container required easy access to all the parts, as well as locking swivel casters, stackability, and padding where the parts came in contact with the wood. Added concerns were the size limitation and ability to square out a trailer while in transit. All the parts fit snugly with little play in their individual slots and shelves. The front panel, which has a latch and lock system, comes off and can be stored on the back side of the box when filling or using the parts. From the metal benders to the painters and then on to the factory for installation, this type of transport box works well in a closed loop of suppliers.
