CORRUGATED

This carton design has easy assembly, superior stacking strength, and strategic cushioning of its contents. Polyethylene foam was glued to a bottom corrugated pad and to the sleeve to minimize vibration and movement while shipping. The combination of this type of foam and corrugated met the requirements of ASTM D-278 drop test and ASTM D-999 vibration test. Plus, it's all recyclable. The triplewall bottom cap with 2 x 4 skids made this carton easy to handle with a fork truck. The 2-part U-shaped sleeve supplied the stacking strength, as it utilizes six layers of corrugated on each end. With a stitched top cap, this carton met all our client's requirements.
