COMBINATION

The client was searching for a way to transport a sensitive printing unit from factory to end user with a "Plug-and-Play" desire. Our package design elevated the unit off its casters, contained it with removable cushioned blocking, and centered it onto a base equipped with shock absorbing doughnut cushions, based on the weight of the total package. The entire unit was enclosed by a two-piece, 3-fold triplewall sleeve and stitched cap. The ramp, which was built with horizontal support, could be easily attached to the base for ramp-off and shipped on top of the total package to eliminate over-stacking by trucking firms.
